Stewarding wildlife & biodiversity supports ecosystems & honors the Creator.
Genesis 1:31
“God saw all that he had made and it was very good.”
Wildlife & Biodiversity.
We delight in the beauty of God’s creation and the critical role every creature plays in the ecosystems he created …
We recognize the serious challenges facing many species of fish, birds, insects, and wildlife across the world. These are signs of underlying spiritual and cultural problems.
During our trainings and for all our visitors, we highlight the critical importance of biodiversity, teaching people to value, protect, and conserve the amazing creatures that God has made.
God owns and knows all of his creatures.
“ … every animal of the forest is mine … I know every bird in the mountains, and the creatures of the field are mine.” Psalms 50:9-11
Stewarding God’s creatures.
We help people to think biblically about wildlife, livestock, and the biodiversity of God’s creatures. Since God is the creator of all things we should be excellent stewards of all the creatures that belong to Him. In stories like Noah, we see God continue to demonstrate his care and his concern for the creatures he has made.
“A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.” Proverbs 12:10.
Kenyan Birds of Prey.
Many species of eagles, hawks, falcons, and owls are vanishing across Kenya. At our training site, we care for two raptors, which helps stimulate meaningful conversations about wildlife conservation and the beauty of our Creator.
